Can I cancel my order?

There are no order cancellations. 

What is the Return Policy?

Due to the nature of the products there are no returns. If there is ever any issue with your order, please email pictures with your order number within 14 days upon arrival.

No response from customer service?

Hang tight! All customer questions/ concerns for customer service will be handled within 3-5 business days.

What if I entered the wrong address?

If you placed an order and realized the address is incorrect please email us within 24 hours to be helped. There will be a fee charge for change of address an invoice will be sent to your email. Once the invoice has been paid we will update it with the accurate information provided and begin processing your order.

Why is my shipping label is stuck in pre-shipment?

When orders are processed a confirmation is sent out to your email address. This DOES NOT MEAN the items have been shipped. Once your order has been processed it can take up to 1-3 business days for them to update it and scan your package. A separate email will be sent out with tracking information.
