Shipping policy

                Due to high order volume, Orders may have a slight delayed!

 

Processing times are 7-10 business days! Business days DO NOT include any form of weekends, holidays , personal and or federal holidays. 

All packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. 

Wrong Address: 
If you placed an order and realized the address is incorrect, please email us within 48hrs to be helped. There will be a fee charge for change of address. An invoice will be sent to your email; once the invoice has been paid we will update it with the accurate information provided and begin processing your order.

My shipping label is stuck in "Pre-Shipment"
When orders are processed a confirmation is sent out to your email address. This DOES NOT MEAN the items have been shipped. Once your order has been processed it can take up to 1-3 business days for USPS to update it and scan your package. A separate email will be sent out with tracking information. 

Where is my package/ package says delivered but I haven't received it? 
At checkout we have an option for shipping insurance. If your package is lost, damaged or stolen you are able to file a claim and if approved, you get your items resent to you. If you do not add shipping insurance to your order JamaicaNu nor the Postal service is liable for any lost, damaged or stolen items.
